Every piece is individually hand embroidered using glass beads. Due to the nature of these delicate materials, artwork should be handled with care.

Avoid touching the beads as it may cause discoloration over time. 

Do not hang artwork in constant direct sunlight. Sunlight may cause discoloration and fading.

Dust frame with a soft cloth to keep clean.

Beaded Bodega offers a flat rate shipping fee of $100.00 USD on all domestic orders within the U.S.

All items will be sent via FedEx Ground, with insurance and tracking. Tracking information will be emailed after the package is shipped. Expect 2-3 weeks shipping time. 

Should you require a more expedient shipping service for commission orders, please let me know when you inquire about the artwork and we can include that in your proposal. 

If your package is lost or stolen, it’s best you contact FedEx to issue a claim. Additionally, please be sure to let me know and we will do what we can to make it right.

We package all our artworks very carefully, but of course, accidents may happen, that is why all our artworks are insured. If the frame or artwork arrives damaged, we will work with you to get a replacement or reimbursement.

Due to the nature of being a small, handmade business, we are not able to offer returns/exchanges at this time. Please feel free to reach out before making a purchase, and we'd be happy to answer any and all questions.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required after the final design is confirmed by the client. No additional changes to the design will be made and no work will begin until the first deposit has been received. The remainder of the balance is due when the piece is complete. The artwork will ship out only when full payment has been received.  

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me.  You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.
